Each box of PAP Whitening Strips comes with 20 strips 10 of top and 10 bottom strips which will last 2-3 weeks depending on your frequency of use.

Dry teeth thoroughly before use. Peel off the long strip and apply sticky side to top teeth. Press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure. Repeat for short strip on bottom teeth. Allow 30 minutes for whitening treatment. Remove strips and rinse mouth with water.

Use Pap+ strips as often as you like, whenever you want.

While both the products contain our clinically tested PAP+ solution, they each serve different whitening needs. This is because the Whitening Strips are designed to stick to your teeth and meant to be left in place for 30 minutes. This allows the whitening solution a longer window to act on the pesky stains and effectively oxidize and eliminate them. We recommend using the 10 treatments in each box to see a noticeable difference in the colour of your teeth.

On the other hand, our Whitening Pen dispenses the solution directly on to your teeth. However, after a few minutes, the solution is likely to get washed away by the saliva your mouth naturally creates thus providing a shorter window for the formula to act on the stains. We recommend using the Pen to give your teeth a touch up on the go, protect the enamel from new stains, and to whiten over time.

Hydrogen peroxide produces free radicals, which will remain on your tooth surface. Free radicals are the biggest culprits for enamel degradation and extreme tooth sensitivity.

Unlike hydrogen peroxide, PAP oxidises teeth without producing free radicals, leaving the outer layers of your teeth intact and undamaged.
